Jusna, professional childminder - IG5 Ilford

I am mother of four children, I enjoy working with children and have 5 years of experience in childminding. I work well children of all ages and can understand when to be firm with them. I also understand the wants and needs of the children and acknowledge that they sometimes need an adult figure to talk to. I have previously done many activities such as baking, arts and crafts and nature trails. I believe it is very important for children to appreciate nature and go outside and get fresh air.
