Jo, professional childminder - CB5 Cambridge

Hello! I love working with children.I am an ofsted registered childminder, I have a current first aid certificate and 10 years experience. Previously I worked as a heathcare assiatant at Addenbrookes hospital. I became a childminder when my own son was 7 years old, as I could work around family life easier. We are very lucky in Cambridge with groups and playgrounds and gardens and museums-there is always something to do whatever the weather. Spending time at home is also good of course. I have a wide range of toys which I rotate regularly so we have plenty of choices. My family consists of myself, my husband and my son, also our two dogs. One small and furry looking pug X breed called Poppy one big and soppy, golden retriver X breed called Max.Ofsted have inspected my home whilst my dogs were present, they are both friendly, but I tend to seperate them using stair gates. I enjoy working with parents to provide their children a safe and creative environment to learn through play.
