Ellie, professional childminder - EN6 Cuffley

I have currently completed a BA Honours in Special Education with Early Childhood Studies. I have worked in various different places that show a number of my skills and knowledge. My relevant experiences include working in residential homes, with individuals with all ages, diagnosed with schizophrenia and learning disabilities. I have worked in an after school club, helping children complete there homework and helping them understand more about the subjects being taught at school.
I have also worked as a TEFL tutor(private lessons), I tried to create lessons that kept the learner engaged. I am a confident, caring, organised individual with a lot of passion in making a difference to young learners.My main goal in life is to ensure that young children/individuals are supported and encouraged to achieve their potential. I am individual that can adapt to any situation I am put in.
Throughout my years of study and experience, i have developed excellent communication skills which will be beneficial in the field i am most interested in. I believe in myself as a role model and i am highly enthusiastic.
