Elena, professional childminder - GU14 Farnborough green

Elena is wonderful, she is brilliant with children and arranges extra activities for the children to do whilst in her care. The children form close bonds and friendships. My daughter who is with Elena 8 hours a day 4 days a week truely feels as though Elena is someone she can go to for anything and as a friend. She is firm but certainly fair. Wonderful lady, friendly and trustworthy, couldn't imagine my children in the care of anyone else.

Elena was employed as my sons main childminder. He started back with her when he was 9 months old and has been in her care full time 5 days a week (he is now 17 months). Elena is a fantastic childminder I was very nervous about putting my son into childcare but she made the process easy and painless for us both. She is compassionate, caring and extremely reliable. She is very devoted and passionate about her job. Elena has helped us and reassured us when we have had concerns about our son and given us advice and support on how to manage this in which she does in a non judgemental manner. My son absolutely loves being in her setting and always has a smile on his face when I come to pick him up. Every week I can see how much my son is developing and that's down to the endless activities and pass times Elena provides for him and the other children. They are always on the go whether that's playing out in the huge garden she has, or taking trips to the park and the woods, to art and crafts and music classes. She ensures parents feel involved in their child's day to day routine by providing a daily diary annotating this. She also takes plenty of pictures which she compiles into book so you can see your child's journey throughout their time with her. I would highly recommend Elena to others looking for childcare. Her and her husband run an amazing establishment and an excellent childcare facility and I will be very sad when the day comes for my son to leave, as I'm sure he will be too.

Our daughter is 3 years old and was under Elena's care for 4 months for 3 days a week before going to pre-school. I am happy to recommend Elena as carrying, patient and reliable childminder. We have recently moved to the area and Elena helped our daughter settle in and she was coming back home happy and smiling every day. Her setting has very home like feel and my daughter made many friends there. She developed positive behaviour towards children in her age as well as youngsters and further developed her confidence. Elena also helped with her language, speech as well as understanding and provided us with constructive feedback on the daily basis. Our daughter is very active and Elena has a lot of lovely toys for children to play with, provides a variety of indoors and outdoors activities. Our favourite was the weekly music lesson. Elena has been very informative and supportive towards us. We would talk every day about our daughter's development and further steps we should take. Elena supported us a lot with our toilet training. She provides nutritious meals as well as daily diary with all the details of activities and food that children have, and we appreciated that very much as a very busy and working parents. She was always flexible in accommodating our requests and honest with her feedback. Elena provides positive and happy environment, and helps children develop various skills as well as confidence through play. Children are having a lot of fun and are very happy in her setting.
