Alice, professional childminder in Castletown SR5

Hi, This is Busy Bee Childcare Childminding. I am an Ofsted registered Childminder and have completed the childminder course and qualified childminder. I have also finished all the mandatory training in QNUK level 3 in Pediatric First Aid, food hygiene and all relevant childminding training, Designated Safeguarding Lead training and Home Based Childcare award. I have also completed the course Promoting Positive Behaviour, Supporting Early Language Development, Understanding Anaphylaxis and Asthma.
I am a happy, patient, tolerant resilient and active mum of two children ( 13and 11).I have many experiences with children based on my big family helping look after my niece and nephew when I was around 15, 16 years old. I was also a Primary school teacher, teaching Math and Art in Malaysia. I worked in a Nursery for over a year in London and am currently a Chinese teacher at Newcastle.
I also have experience working with children with Autism.
I will regularly attend a local playgroup/ childminder group, library, playground/ park and beach in nice weather. I offer a large variety of activities and help with homework.
I will use various materials that reflect different religious and cultural needs to support British Values.
I do provide meals and snacks if required. Healthy eating is crucial for children's development. All meals I provide by following the guidance of the Food Standard Agency.
My setting also accepts 2 years Childcare funding, 3, 4 years Childcare funding and 9 months Childcare funding (starting September 24) for those who are eligible for childcare funding.
