Hi, I am a friendly experienced Registered Childminder whose husband works with me as my registered assistant.
I have been childminding from our very child friendly home and garden for 25 years and have cared for children ranging in age from 4 months to 12 years. We have two adult daughters and two grandchildren who are very much part of our childminding family.
I have undertaken lots of training over the years including recognised qualifications such as NVQ level 3 Early Years, BA (Hons) Early Years and a recently completed MA Childhood and Youth, and other seminars and training courses varying between First Aid, behaviour management, safeguarding and Makaton as examples.
