Danielle, professional childminder in Pinner HA5

Hi, I'm Danielle. I'm a childminder operating from a purpose-built childcare setting which is a short walking distance from Pinner station.

I’ve always been interested in children and how they develop; studying Child Development at GCSE and Health & Social Care and Psychology at A-Level with a keen focus on different aspects of childcare and child psychology. I’ve been working in Early Years since 2010. I began working in the pre-school at the Royal Masonic School in Rickmansworth, moving on to working with a child-minder based in Kensal Rise. This has given me the opportunity to attend multiple Early Years training courses.

I have completed the Home Based Childcare Award through PACEY. I have also received a Level 4 Certificate of Higher Education from the Open University, having studied modules in Health and Social Care and Social Sciences, as well as completing the module ‘Equality, participation and inclusion: learning from each other’, from their BA (Hons) Early Years degree. I have also attended several courses offered by the local authority.
