Hi my name is Charlotte. I have always wanted to work within the childcare industry from midwifery to schools, finally setting on childcare. I played a major part in bringing up my own siblings as a child so had an early start! I find that although it can be tough, childcare is one of the more rewarding of jobs as you get to teach the next generation, and be taught by them too!
I find that outdoor play is the best as it gives a sense of freedom that tv's and computers dont! You learn through experiences.
