Emily, professional childminder in Long eaton

Hi, my name is Emily I live at our home with my partner Dan and our 2 year old daughter Evie-Mae. I have over 4 years of experience with working with children from a young age to 11 years old. We both have up to date DBS, we’re both up to date with first aid, I am up to date with my safeguarding and I am level 3 qualified. I am available for term time and half term :-)

All sits will take place at my home, I have activities for your child to do whilst in my care.
I also do some paperwork which is as follows:
-Letter to parents
-Contract
-Child record form
-Diary of what your child does with me whilst in my care
-Illness record form
-Incident form
-Medication administrating form
-Medicine admissions form
-Ongoing medication form
-Behaviour policy
-Biting policy
-Illness advice for parents
I do these forms so it covers myself and your child whilst their in my care, whether it’s a one off sitting or on a regular basis, all information is all kept confidential.
