Stephanie, professional childminder in Penarth

My name is Stephanie and I am a mum of 2 boys going to full time school in Penarth.
I arrived in London in September 1993 as an au-pair then became a nanny for different bilingual families.
I have also been a receptionist in an hotel in London for 2 years .
Before having my first child , I took the course to become a childminder . I have moved to Penarth in 2007 ( my husband being from here ) and have been a childminder since then .
I have taken different courses provided by the Vale of Glamorgan :
Paediatric first Aid , Food Hygiene , Working with Children and Young People with Special needs, Child Protection , Autism awareness, ...
I have a DBS (formerly CRB) renewed this year and I have one as well with my children school as I am a volunteer to help with the reading .
My experience with children:
I have done babysitting since the age of 14 and being the youngest of my family I have been my nieces and nephews babysitter ;the oldest being now 24.
As a childminder , I have cared for children form the age of 4 months old to 9 years. I tend to varies the activities I provide indoors(Art and craft, cooking , learning French by playing, gym , stories at library , playgroup..) and outdoors (( parks, beach...)
