Personal statement
I currently have great understanding of the early years foundation stage following the 7 areas, I enjoy doing my key children’s learning journals, I also love doing my adult led activities and watching the children take part in what I am doing. My key strengths would be having good working relationships with parents and with work collogues. Understanding a Childs needs and how every child is different.
Working in a team and always willing to help and go that extra mile with what I’m doing. Always being happy and bubbly while working and not being afraid of getting dirty or making mess with the children. Safeguarding children to a high standard.

My currently role is working within the dunes soft play.
My duties include,
• Serving and maintaining good costumer service skills throughout the day.
• Handling and taking money from customers.
• Taking food orders and taking good to costumers.
• Serving hot drinks using the coffee machine.
• Taking part in the children’s party and looking after the children and families.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for families and children within the soft play.

I gained experience as a Level 3 play worker, - while studying for my level 3 diploma in play work. In the last year of my time with the company, I worked in a off shoot after school at a high school.

Interests / Personal Information
Due to my mums sickness since 2012 I have acted as a carer for my younger siblings, Jacob who is now 5 & Jessica 1, this has involved doing night feeds, changing nappies, playing with them as well as household duties such as cooking and cleaning.
