Sophie, professional childminder - WR11 Church lench

My name is Sophie and I am an Ofsted registered childminder in Harvington, Worcestershire.
I set up Muddy Puddles Childcare after working as an Early Years Primary School Teacher for 10 years. I have worked with children from 2 to 11 years old and saw how much children I taught loved to be outside learning.
At Muddy Puddles we love to be outside playing in our mud kitchen, sand pit and water play areas. We have a lovely play space inside where children can free-flow inside and outdoors.
My career in Early Years Education helps me to see exciting hands-on ways to learn in which we are never afraid to get messy and have fun.
The lock-down we have all experienced has given my family and I, so many opportunities to explore the world around us and we love to climb trees, explore the woods, paddle in streams, fish in rivers, climb hills and visit National Trust properties. We try to visit places like these every day at Muddy Puddles so that children spend quality time engaging with the outdoors and learning from real life examples.
I believe that all children are different and that we must let children be little so they can learn and grow in the way that suits them best.
