My name is Elizabeth and whether you dread the return to work, like me, or look forward to each working day, leaving your child has to be the hardest thing any parent has to do.

My first child was 10 weeks premature and as a parent I totally understand the concerns we all have leaving our children which was one of the reasons I wanted to become a childminder myself and welcome other children into our home.

Three months after the birth of my son in 2013 I returned to work looking after other children, and this is when I came up with the idea that I would offer childminder care but at babysitter prices so, it becomes more affordable for parents & a better work & life balance for my own family.
