My friend and I have recently opened a Childminding service based at my friend's home in Thurnby Lodge. We are registered with Ofsted and are fully qualified, have over 20 years experience. Worked in Sure Starts, Children's Centres, Social Services, Family Support Work, Nurseries, After School Work, Play Leader, Childcare tutor and Assessor for past 12 years. Thought it was time for a change and we always wanted to open our own business, so here we are offering Childminding Services including pick up and drop off at local schools. We are passionate about the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) the curriculum for 0-5yrs. We use 'learning through play', ' child led play' and the curiosity approach' to provide activities and experiences to support children's education and development.
