Hello, My name is Fay, hopefully I will be getting you know you and your family very soon. I am a fully qualified paediatric nurse on the nursing register and I have worked in many hospitals and also the community in the Newcastle area. I hold a strong passion for the health, safety and wellbeing of children of all ages and backgrounds and this has lead me to pursue a Master's in Public Health at Northumbria University. I am a very polite, welcoming, caring person who finds it very natural and easy to engage with children. My love of children and my compassionate personality has lead to to choosing a carer as a paediatric nurse. For three years, my job was working with children on a daily basis and during this time I built incredible relationships with not only children but also their families. Parents could trust me, rely on me and also know that their child was being cared for by someone who has a genuine care for their wellbeing and is trained to a high standard to do this. This love has also lead to me becoming a Scout leader. I am responsible for twelve beaver scouts (aged five to seven years) on Wednesdays evenings . I throughly love this role. I have a very warm heart and I can Always be relied upon.
