Faye, registered childminder in Plymouth PL2

Hi, I run Enchanted Childminders, I work with a regular full time trainee assistant to provide care for up to six children in the early years, I have previously been leader of pre school aged rooms and baby units at nurseries and strive to be the best independent carer for your children. My home is newly constructed and boasts a sizeable garden, we enjoy a variety of community visits in the local area including trips to children's groups local parks, the Library and woodland areas.
I have experience working with all ages in the early years and have taken part in a series of courses and programmes to extend and develop my understanding of development. I am familiar with the EYFS and will provide supporting documentation to show the progress made by children individually as well as providing photos as examples of the activities the children participate in. I am a firm believer in good manners and pride myself and my assistant on the values that the children in our care have. We are always being complimented during outings on their behaviour and self control as well as their communication skills: we encourage all of our children to express their feelings and to share every aspect of their experiences.
