One of my key hobbies that I truly derive joy from, is cooking. In particular, I love to explore the culinary tradition of my own heritage, Bangladeshi cuisine. However my passion for cooking does not soley lie within the boundaries of food of my culture. I am constantly on a journey, intrigued and excited by the prospect of learning, tasting and preparing new kinds of food. This intrigued extends beyond just trying out popular cuisine from around the world.
