Hi, I'm Eimhear! I'm from Dublin, Ireland and have lived in Aberdeen for three years now.
I just turned 21 last month. Studying geology at Aberdeen University (heading into my final year). I love animals, reading and going to the beach. I'm a herbal tea enthusiast!
Happy to help out with any homework or projects. My cooking skills are basic but fairly good.
Depending on my term-timetable, my hours are very flexible. I don't mind late/emergency notice.
I'm looking to babysit in the evenings/after school, weekends and special occasions. I'm happy to work during the weekday if it doesn't clash with my classes.
Being from a big family, I'm used to lots of kids running around and can handle very chaotic situations. Three of my cousins tragically lost their mother when they were just two, eight and fourteen years old. To help out their dad, I spent over a month with them, trying to make sure things ran smoothly around the house. I helped get them ready for school in the mornings, and made sure they were clean, fed and got all their work done in the evenings.
I think playing outside is really important for any child. If typical Scottish weather sets in, group activities like board games or hide and seek are way more entertaining than tv shows, in my opinion. Coming up with new hairstyles for the girls is always great fun! I like thinking up new ways to keep kids entertained!
Well, that sums up a little bit about me and my experience with young children. I hope I have made a good impression on you and am looking forward to hearing from you.
