my name is Jules, im a 39 year old female childcare worker with a diploma in youth work practice. i enjoy the company of young ones. Most of my work has been in residential children's homes so I am more than able to copy with difficult behaviours in children. I really enjoy taking the children on activity, where possible I will always join in with them to motivate and encourage them to participate.
