I am a 28 years Malawian young lady who is studying MSc International Development at the University of Birmingham. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work obtained from Catholic University of Malawi back home, this is where i acquired my professional knowledge in family and child care. I have both formal and informal experience of working with children through caring for siblings as i am the eldest in the family and through my work at SOS Children's Villages Malawi where i was working for close to four years before i came to the UK. I have also received some training on child rights and child protection when i was working for SOS Children's Villages, so i know what it means to safeguard a child. Finally, my passion has always been seeing children happy and well taken care of, so i find it satisfying doing a baby sitting job during my stay in the UK.
