Ellie, sitter in Balmerlawn

I am 18 years old, i have a 1 year old niece who i look after frequently, i worked in a childrens nursery for almost a year which i loved but left due to wanted a career change, i am very flexible with hours. I don't drive but i am learning to at the moment, but i do have transport to get to the families houses. I am a very easy person to get on with i am very responsible and reliable, i adore kids i find them amazing to be around. I can answer any questions that are needed. I have previous first aid training from my previous job but i can use it in the community as well. Allowing the child to expand its creative side is a big part of growing up i think, making a mess, getting mucky, i feel it's a brilliant thing for a child to is to explore their childhood in their own way, developing their fine and gross motor skills.
