Hello, my name is Zoe and I am currently studying Early Childhood Studies at University and am in my second year. I specialise in 0-8 years however, I have previously been a gymnastics coach and how worked with children up to the age of 17. I am looking for as much work as possible as my studies have now finished for the year but feel this type of work would give me a lot of experience to help me with my future plans.
The qualities which I can provide consist of helping your children to learn through the use of play and develop holistically. I can provide a fun and happy environment however, I can be firm when I need to. I have a bubbly personality and never fail to smile. I can work very flexible hours now that I do not attend university. I will be going back home in the summer at some point but this will depend on the work experiences I can gain.
I have had a lot of experience with messy play and feel this helps children to develop in all the key areas such as; physically, emotionally, mentally and socially. I have planned sessions during placement can carried out a number of different activites. I like to observe your child to then gain an insight into their experiences so that the next time I see them I will be able to provide alternative activites. This planning can also take place if it is a one off babysitting session you need. I am quick to think on my feet and willing to learn more if you have preferences of what your children should be doing at certain times.
