Hi my name is Keeley-Emma Ross I am 22 years old I currently have a level 1 in childcare which I am looking to expand. I am a very reliable and honest person, I take pride in every job i do. I work very well under pressure, and make sure every job is complete to the best standards, I have very good time keeping skills with a very positive can do attitude. I have looked after my nieces and nephews for long periods where I will cook for them making sure they get a healthy cooked meal, I will always make sure to sit with them and help with any homework and make sure it is completed to be handed back in to school, I am very happy to sit and read with them too, once homework and everything is done I will always try and set up and game with them children before settling down and unwinding ready to go to bed. The games I set up are not only to help them build their social skills but also their brain skills as well, once we have played a game I will then sit down with all the children and either read them a book if thats what they like or simply sit and watch there favourite show on telly just to get everyone settled down to get ready for bed.
I will play games with the children that involve colours which helps younger children learn more about their colours, I also like to use games where the children would have to add number together to get the answer they need to stand at the right number tile, this sort of game helps the old children to learn more about their math work.
I am happy to follow any schedule or tick sheet that parents may give, I am very flexible so can work around many situations and help out as and where I can.
Occasional babysitting | $7.00 per hour |
I charge this per hour as it is the standard national minimum wage, as I am sort of just starting out in the childcare sector I don't expect loads of money for the jobs I do, but as that is the minimum wage that is what I will accept.
