Carrar, sitter in Basildon

Hi, my names Carrar, I am 21 years old and have NVQ level 2 in childcare. I am currently studying to become a professional teaching assistant as this is what I would like to do for the next few years. I am aiming to become a fully qualified teacher in the future but for now working one-on-one with children who need the extra support is what I am interested in. I have been baby sitting since I have been old enough too and have many family's I have baby sat being from an hour a day to 12 hours a day and have set up fun educational activities for the children to do. In the past I have worked in primary and secondary schools with a range of children with different needs and abilities which I enjoyed a lot. My most recent work place was at Playstation-4kidz in Basildon which is a breakfast, after school and holiday club. I worked 7-9am and 2-8pm I really enjoyed my job role and creating relationships with all of the children in my care. For this job I did observations on 15 of my own key children every night from 7pm helped with snack, dinner, lunches and breakfast, took children to school, picked children up from school and supervised on day trips out. My main duty was to ensure the children were safe, learning and having fun. Every 4 weeks I would come up with 5 different activities a day for 5 days a week to cater for all ages and abilities in the setting, this was a lot of fun and the children were always excited because most of my activities were fun as well as educational.
