Sal, sitter - BL3 Little lever

I am a 50+ female who is very experienced in every aspect of childcare, from prenatal through to 18 years. I was a area manager for Homestart children's services for 13 years, assessing family needs and providing support. I have been a nanny in family homes and childminded in my own home. I have extended experience with all age special needs after working in a SEN department at 2 schools for 9 years. I have also fostered many children with complex and varied needs. I am fun to be with and very patient, kind, loving, smiley and calm with the children in my care. I am also flexible with duties/hours and always aim to do my best for all the family/household. I prefer to nanny/childmind/sit at the family home as this helps the children with familiarity while their parents are absent. Thank you.
