Hannah, sitter - CO7 Brightlingsea

Hello! I'm Hannah, I'm 22 years old and I live in Brightlingsea.

I adore children! I studied a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education at College, where I had four, six month placements in Nurseries and Schools, working with children between the ages of 10 months and 10 years. During this time I volunteered for a short period in India, where I supported children at a Charity funded Pre-School and spent time with HIV Orphans. This was something I had always wanted to do.

After this I was lucky enough to get the chance to Volunteer in Bangladesh for four months, where I worked within a community providing Sanitation and Hygiene advice, building toilets and teaching English to children and adults as a part of the program. It was an incredible experience!

Following this I worked as an Au Pair in Shanghai for three children aged 10, 12 and 15 years. I loved it!

After returning back to the UK I worked as a Sole Charge Nanny in London, for two children aged two and four, it was hard work and long hours but I adored the children, their elder sister and the business of my role and London!

Since leaving my role in London, I haven't worked with children often and I miss it dearly! Even better, I am now enjoying cooking more than ever and love to experiment! I'm a fan of vegetables too.

I believe I am an excellent Childcarer, I'm patient, warm, friendly and generally have a big heart and adore cuddles. I pull a lot of faces, have a huge amount of energy and work hard to ensure children are feeling happy and important in my company. Equally, I am firm, manners are important to me and so is kindness. I love drawing, reading, running around outside and singing terribly. I'm also incredibly tidy! I find working with children extremely rewarding, challenging and hilarious. These three qualities combined creates my happiness.

I'm hoping for a part time Babysitting or Nanny role, Mother's help or Sole Charge. I'm happy to Live- In for part of the week too. I work Monday's and Tuesday's, as well as alternating Friday's and Saturday's. I am happy to work 10 + hours a day on any day I am free.
