I am 18 years old and I am due to complete a BTEC Health and Social Care Level 3 Diploma in the next couple of months.
I want to continue studying towards a childcare qualification, either in an apprenticeship or at college in September and I am currently looking into gaining a paediatric first aid certificate, but I have had first aid training during my college course.
In my free time, which I do not have a lot of! I earn money by helping my mum with a lot of house work chores, babysitting for my siblings and I also enjoy knitting, reading and listening to music.
I come from a large family and I now have many nieces and nephews and have at least 5 years experience of looking after children and in the last two years since I was 16 a lot of babysitting. I also have experience of caring for the elderly and I have had a lot of practical placements during my college course.
I also have 8 GCSE's grades A-C and I am predicted grades DDD at the end of my BTEC Health and Social Care Level 3 Diploma course.
