Libby, sitter - CW7 Winsford

Hi, my name is Libby . I currently am in college and i take a level 3 Early years educator childcare course. I am on my first uear of the course and my course lasts for two years. After my xourse i intend to go onto universtity and gather the qualifications needed to become a primary school teacher as, this is my aspiration. I have taken care of sibling and cousins frequently. I also do two days a week in placement within a primary school. I have had previous work expirence in a primary school in crewr and i have a certicate to prove this. As well as that I took care of the child of whom was a son of my parents friend. I looked after him for 3-5 hours 2 days a week whilst his mother was at work, this child was 3 years of age. I am able to help children with their homework especially children within primary school as, I work with year 1's and 2's each once a week. I am a caring person and I love taking care of children. I think that babysitting is a good way to gain experience and i also have a certificate in first aid as well as a DBS check. I do assessments an observations both within and outside my placement and I have a range of knowledge for activities that can be carried out for each age group.
