Hi there, my name is Vayda.

Enthusiastic and determined young person who always ensures the work I do is the best it can possibly be.

Coming from an eclectic background has enabled me to work comfortably in different environments with culturally diverse people. I am skilled with building and leading strong teams and helping each individual reach their full potential as well as supporting team leaders to help reach the group goal. Being very result-motivated, I always make sure that the final outcome of my work is the best it can be.
I manage the Tweenies group which is for children aged 1-3 across all 4 Destiny Church Edinburgh locations. This consists of ensuring senior leaders of teams are properly trained, designing a curriculum that is teachable for the children, ensuring there is a safe working environment for both the staff and the children and many more duties.

Coming from a single parent family, childcare began when I was young helping look after my siblings. This has been something I have loved doing for a long time now and I have learned so much during this decade of child caring.
I have such a passion for child-welfare especially and will be doing more to help children a the years (even months) continue!
