Amy, sitter - EH7 Edinburgh

I am currently working as an event planner, but love working with children so looking for some babysitting hours for my spare time. My current job requires professionalism, the ability to multitask and great organisation skills which I believe are hugely important when working with children. I believe working with children brings great joy to our lives and is very rewarding. I have worked as an Au Pair for 2 families in Spain which was a great experience where I learned a lot about children, their needs and the importance of having a routine, but also fun! I had sole charge of children ranging from 5 months to 7 years old and duties included waking and dressing in the morning, preparing baby’s food and maintaining feeding routine and weening onto solids, collecting from school, playing games to develop the children’s English, assist with homework, and bathing and bedtime with occasional evening babysitting. I love being outdoors and also baking and cooking!
