My name is Sophie, I am the eldest sister at 18 from a family of six and have grown up helping care for four young children. I am associated with the young carers scheme as for a few years I was a primary carer for the children as my mum had health issues. I can cook generally any meal so long as I have instructions available to me however, I do not eat fruit or vegetables personally, as I cant bring myself to do so, therefore I eat separately from my younger siblings and cousins that I have babysat in order to prevent them moaning that I don't have to eat the healthy foods. I love children and I'm studying to become a child psychologist and would love some actual experience working with other peoples children instead of children related, in some way, to me. My younger cousins that I have babysat are aged between 13 and just turned 4 I did babysit when the youngest was just born and have plenty experience with babies. four of my cousins are on the autistic spectrum and as long as I'm told their routine there has been no issues with their care, and I have a great amount of patience for the temper tantrums. I am currently looking into First aid courses and will hopefully be first aid trained by the end of 2015
