Adele, child care in Gloucester

Hi, my name is Adele,
I am 20 years old and
I hold a valid driving licence.
At the moment I work in a nursery called the cornerstone, I have recently become a room leader in the baby room. My job role involves me providing stimulating and interesting activities for the babies to get involved in and learn from, I also have to change their nappies, give them bottles, provide breakfast, lunch, snacks and tea, put them down for sleep and make sure they are settled properly. I have good communication with parents in the setting, I exchange all information they need to know and do my best to support them and help them in every way I can and to make them feel comfortable. If the parents have any worries they can discuss them with me and I will do my best to find more information for them or to suggest what they should do and then help them along the way. I really enjoy my job and love working with children! I have a bubbly personality and am very easy to get along with. I have great relationships with the children in the setting as well as parents and staff. I have good communication skills and I am very good at time keeping.
