Nikkia, sitter in Herefordshire

I am Nikkia I am 18 years old and have two years of experience and one year of paid experience working in a nursery setting the children are aged 2 to 4 years. When I was 15 I helped children to swim at my local swimming pool when volunteering here I had to have an understanding of simple first aid.
My qualities as a childcare practitioner is that I put every child and make sure that they are the centre of the care in which I provide, I am confident with working with children and caring for them in their own home or in a work style environment.
