I am a mum of 4 in the morecambe area i can drive so can go within the lancaster and carnforth range. My eldest is nearly 20 and my youngest is 7. I have experience with learning disabilities and mental health and i am also a university student so feel able to help with required homework if need be aswell as any household chores. I will follow all instruction from the parents or guardian and any beliefs will be observed too. I am patient and enjoy working with children i love being mum but also need to earn money to treat them over the holidays. I used to be a childminder before working as a support worker, the best but about childminding was playing games and creating activities to fit the childs needs. I am consistent in my approach and i am open with any concerns and a good communicater, good actuve listener, non judgemental and understand empathy and consider humour a great quality.
I will be available unsocial hours aswellnif required and my hourly rate does not go up. I will be helpful with any chores and domestic requirements which a lost can be made out for me to complete. And i will endeavour to do these but ofcourse not at the expense of quality of childcare. I am a mum of 4 my eldest is nearly 20 and my youngest is 7.
