Sanah, sitter - HX1 Halifax

My name is Sanah. I am looking to look after children of all ages as a babysitter. I am very good at handling children as I have much younger siblings who I have had to look after in the past. I have also done work experience in a primary school in the younger years and found it easy to get along with the children. I am a people’s person and love being around others. I have great interpersonal skills and great communication skills. I find the best way to keep children entertained is to give some games for them to play for example, snap cards, colouring, maths games. An activity I have previously used which was a good way to keep children entertained was a colour scavenger hunt. In this game the children are given a sheet with different colours and have to find an item of the different colours on the sheet. It keeps the children entertained and can help the younger children learn their colours.
