In my previous experience, I have always provided a safe and stimulating environment for the children in my care, always promoting positive behavior by praising children’s efforts. I have always supported the children’s development by following the EYFS and National Curriculum.

The work I currently do involves working with children and families, I support the children by allowing them to develop to their full potential and abilities; I understand the development needs of young children. throughout the work I do I engage with parents, families and members of the multi ethnic community. One of my job roles within this involves working with different agencies to help the child progress to their full potential, for example for one case load I have involved social worker, family support worker and occupational health. I believe communication plays a crucial part in the development of children and I know how important it is to work together to get the best outcome for the child and family. I have gained vast amount of experience such as helping children with their learning, play educational and social development.
