As a child carer, I believe safety and fun are two important features. I am approachable and caring, I have worked with shy children and not so shy children. I always have a smile on my face and always try to have fun.
I have played all sorts of board games, I could take children to the park or they can teach me new games they like, I'm very adaptable.
