Alisha, after-school childcare in Darwen BB3

Hi, my name is Alisha, I am a student that is looking to work with children after I leave college; either as a teacher or a nursery nurse. Due to the fact that I am studying full time I am looking for work babysitting to gain more experience working with children that will benefit me in the future. I feel that I'm a responsible person that has developed a mature approach to any task set or situation that is presented to me. I posses excellent communication skills and I have the ability and experience to relate to a wide range of people. I enjoy learning new things, I can work very well under pressure and my organisational skills are exemplary. My previous work experience, working in a local primary school, has enabled me to communicate with people from different backgrounds and to work with children helping them to learn new skills and overcome any problems they had. I attend drama lessons once a week, I have completed all levels possible in my swimming lessons, I have experience in ballet and contemporary dancing, up until recently I attended guides and I have previously taken lessons in singing, guitar and keyboard. Also, I am very much willing to assist children with any homework, housework, chores or other tasks they are set and I love to teach children new skills because I believe every child is talented in some way or another.
