Hi!
My name is Maartje and I’m from the Netherlands. I have lived abroad my whole life so I am fluent in English and I also manage to speak some French. I am currently in the end-phase of my masters at the University of Edinburgh, and I am keen to make a little bit of extra money through helping others; hence why I am here!
In my past, I babysat for my neighbors who had 4 children. I would cook for them, play games with them, read bedtime stories to them and watch over them as they continued with their activities. I really enjoyed this time and I grew very fond of these children, as they did of me.
I am flexible when it comes to hours of working, I can also help clean up a bit in the house if that is necessary (for instance doing the dishes), and I can maybe teach your children a bit about travelling the world and living in different countries.
