Hi, I'm Larissa.
I don't mind what age range of children or how many a family has. I'm just after a family that requires a good babysitter, someone who's dependable and is keen to gain experience in the babysitting world. I hope that I'm the person you want!
I grew up as a carer for my Mum and took over the care for my two younger siblings as a result. I took over looking after my brother when he was 5 and he's now 16 and I still look out for him when necessary. I have also babysat for family and friends when they've needed someone. The children have been of varying ages. I have completed a degree in Education Studies and English so I'm used to working with teenagers and I'm also more than happy to help with homework.
I enjoy many activities, so the children can name it (and if appropriate) the activity can happen. I'm also happy to cook, do any chores and even pick the children up or drop the children off at school/classes/friends e.t.c as I can drive (should parents require that).
Occasional babysitting | $7.50 per hour |
Partial / after-school care | $6.40 per hour |
Babysitting full-time would require me to give up my job so I'd need to charge that to cover the wage I would have been paid there. Part time costs would add to my income as I work part-time plus include any travel costs that that role may include (I can drive and don't mind using my car if required).
