My name is Shannon Park, I am 19 years of age and I am at University currently studying Early Childhood Studies. I have a big family, my mother is Maltese and my father is English. With such a big family, I have many younger cousins and have a lot of experience looking after them and taking then on days out.

I have worked in two primary schools for a month, with students ranging from 3-11 years.

I am very active and sporty; I have experience dancing (ballet and tap) for 8 years, football for 4 years, netball for 1 year, street dance for 1 year and swimming for 3 years. I very much enjoy sport and even though I'm not part of a team now I enjoy going to the gym and keeping my fitness up.

I am creative, both artistically and mentally. I like to draw or create new games for my younger cousins to join in with.

I am dedicated to working with younger children, I've known it is something I've always wanted to do.

I can drive which may be helpful for you as a family if your children need picking up or taking to school.

I have been looking for a nanny/child minder job for a while now as I'd love to help a family as much as I possibly can. A close friend of mine is a nanny for a young girl and she loves looking after her. I have had a lot of work experience in different areas of work such as catering, retail and bar work but I am eager to find a job that is centred around something I am passionate for.

I am open to look after the children most days of the week. I am willing to take the children to school or pick them up from school. I am able to look after the children before and after school and on weekends if needed. If you need an overnight babysitter I am available.

My main priority would be to make every moment when I am with the child or children to be enjoyable.
