I'm Sarah, I'm 20 years old and a 3rd year sociology student at the University of Glasgow! I'm looking mainly for babysitting jobs in the evenings and weekends.
I've worked with children a few times; I coached an under 8's football team when I was in high school and when I was 18 I went into primary schools and held reading classes with children. Recently, my aunt has adopted a little 2 year old girl and I've been spending a lot of time with her. This is really what's inspired me to apply for babysitting roles, because I've realised how much fulfilment I get from helping/playing/spending time with kids!
I'm a full time student, but I rarely finish after 3pm, so I'm really flexible on short notice if need be. I also love cooking so, and if cooking is ever needed then I'll be more than happy to do so! Cleaning and helping with homework is also something I have no problems with at all, I even think I can remember enough from high school to help out with older kids if needed!
Occasional babysitting | $7.00 per hour |
I don't have qualifications, only experience working in youth projects, under 8 football teams and looking after younger family members, so it would be unfair to charge anymore than £7. I'm just a student who loves being around children looking for some extra money to travel in the summer, I don't want to charge anymore than I would expect from any other job.
