My name is Lavina, I'm 27 and I'm originally from London. I am very bubbly, outgoing, friendly, reliable professional. I currently work full time in a private school as a teachers assistant and at this present time I'm happy to add on extra hours to take on this role as a babysitter as I'm available in the evenings and weekends. I have a Level 3 NVQ in Childcare, Learning and Development, I have worked within a childcare setting for 8 years and I have experience working with children from the ages from 0-11 years old. I'm trained in First Aid, Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity amongst other things. I have past experiences working in a nursery setting which I am able to effectively plan for children, guided by the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and ECM (Every Child Matters) framework - meaning your child's development will be considered when caring for them and your child will not just be cared for I will ensure you that they will be entertained!
