I am Melissa and enjoy looking after children. I have looked after nieces and nephews for about 5 years and love to keep them occupied. I am lively, creative, imaginative and pleasant. I can follow instructions and have much respect for people. I also listen to children as i think its very important to communicate well with them and to listen to what they have to say. I believe this is crucial because it means they know that someone is understanding them and resolving any problems if they have any. I am willing to help with anything needed and just make children as happy as they can be and develop as they should as I also took health and social care and passed with a distinction* so studied children for two years.
