Hi, my name is Carina and I am originally from Romania, and I have also lived 10 years in Italy. I am a Psychology student graduating this summer (on course for a first class honours degree), with developmental and child psychology being my main areas of interest.

One of my first childcare experiences was during high school. I took part in a volunteering program, which involved spending two weeks with kids from foster homes. After this heartwarming experience I realised how much I enjoyed spending my time with children. To be in their company has always brought me joy and hope. I find it extremely fascinating that while I have the opportunity to contribute to their life in a positive way, they can have the exact same effect on me. For me personally, human connections are the most beautiful aspect of this life, and I think children are the purest form of love and hope on this planet.
