I am Lauren, an 18 year old responsible, fun and punctual Linguistics and English Language student, studying at the University of Manchester. I have over 4 years of experience looking after children of varying ages from 10 months - 9 years, in sole and multiple care. I am looking for part time childcare jobs, as I would like to continue looking after children now that I've come to university. Throughout my years of looking after young children I have gained and honed valuable interpersonal, empathy, skills, all of which I think, are essential attributes for any individual working within the childcare sector to have. Within my various roles of babysitter/childminder I also cooked, cleaned and looked after pets, alongside the children. I am able to organise day trips, play dates and collection from school (depending on my availability). I have multiple references available on request that hopefully demonstrate my love for looking after children and the quality of my care.
