I am Lauren , i am an 18 year old female with the upmost compassion for children, the most important part of babysitting/child minding to me is that the children are happy, safe and bubbly and are eager to build a strong relationship. I'm looking for a part time but constant babysitting/childminding job where I can help open up the children's personality and help keep them safe and happy while you are away, I have previous experience working in primary schools during my college course in health and social care work and in a private day nursery where I worked as an apprentice for just under a year, I love confidence building activities to begin with where we get to know each other more and then begin to either go out places or do activities in the parks or in the gardens. I have plenty of experience working with children whether it be professionally or for family or family friends.
