the reason being is i love children all ages because you meet new children with different personalities and different characteristics.

Baby sitting i wouldnt expect as much as a part time carer because i love baby sitting as i baby sit for my family all the time and i enjoy it so much because you create a bond with the children.
for a part time carer i would expect more as i will be with the children for half the day and i would cook/clean for/after them and do chores around the house. I do not mind being a part time carer.
