I live in Poulton le Fylde with my partner and 3 year old boy. I am studying at University to become a primary school teacher. I enjoy the energy of children and also like to think I can be a positive influence on a child's learning and behaviour especially in times where the younger generation seem to get unfair press.
I have experience in dealing with children of all ages.I had work experience at a local playgroup, I have raised a child up to now (age 3), I have coached 8 year olds at football, I have 2 young nephews who I regularly child mind, I have worked in 2 local primary schools as a volunteer teaching assistant and I fully enjoy the interaction with children. I am innovative and creative. I am good at calming children down when needed but also a good motivator opting for a fun approach. I am academically switched on and I will enjoy helping with children's homework but also offering support with any issues the children are facing.
As for my interests and hobbies I enjoy the outdoors. I play and watch football. I like walking. I like animals although I do not have any myself. I am a big dog lover. I enjoy cooking, listening to music and meeting new people.
I am always looking for ways to improve my knowledge and experience.
