I'm currently studying Childhood Studies at the University of Leeds, completed first year and waiting to go onto my second year in September.
I did three years at Barnsley College studying childcare and finished level 2 with an A and Level 3 with an A, during my time at college I discovered I really love working with children and wanted to carry on into the future. During my time at college I did placements at schools and nurserys, helping children with their reading and also setting up activities they would enjoy, the children's favourite one was the treasure hunt I set up for them which had a number of math, literacy and other problems in the hunt.
I love playing indoors and outdoors with the children and like to run about with them and play games of their choosing also taking into account that children want to explore, so giving them that opportunity to explore the outside world but with support!
